 I have talked to MOP Feetham numerous times this week and last week regarding speeding Coming out of the ditch Eastbound.

You are off on what you think is clear, the technology was just implemented last week. and its exposing our lack of knowledge.

Going to Yuma and Yermo PTC does not become active until all unknown switches are clear of the train. once you are clear PTC becomes active and Multiple trains were already over speed.

Engineer  #1 11 mph over- Decertification 

Engineer  #2  6 mph over
